Stop spending time analyzing data
During the past few years, we’ve been pushing everyone, no matter who they are, to be more data-driven. To spend more time looking at the numbers and trying to get value from them.
And you know what? We think that is absolutely ridiculous. There is no comparable skill that we are insisting everyone learn. Are we teaching our entire company to pitch products? To balance financial statements? No. Because that would be taking our people away from what they do best.
